«I wish to congratulate you with the high sports achievements on behalf of all residents of the Chelyabinsk Region and in my personal capacity,» - Boris Dubrovskiy spoke to the participants. «I can only imagine what efforts are put into each win, especially, at paralympic competitions. Your example, power and courage are inspiring. This is very important for the younger generation to cultivate the love for sports and healthy living among them. We will always support both popular and professional sports. We need such cheerful, positive, success- and result-oriented landsmen. We will be waiting for new wins. Cheer us with yours achievements.»

Multiple Russian ping-pong champion among persons with supporting-motor system deficit, Vladimir Gaynochenko, was presented a new modernized sports stroller. The decision on presenting the special equipment to the sportsman was taken subject to the results of the meeting with the head of the region on the All-Russia reception day in the end of the last year.
